Iceberg Sports Advisory, LLC and subsidiaries shall exclusively own all right, title, and interest, including all related Intellectual Property Rights, technology, software and any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations, or other information provided by Subscriber or any other party relating to the foregoing. Any agreement does not convey to Subscriber any rights of ownership in or related to the Iceberg Sports Advisory, LLC & subsidiary’s technology, software, the Digital Properties or the Intellectual Property Rights owned by Iceberg Sports Advisory, LLC and subsidiaries. Any product or technology created by the owners of Iceberg Sports Advisory, LLC and subsidiaries does not grant any third party any rights to proprietary software or technology, or ideas, and no right or license is granted to use them unless expressly permitted by the creator of Iceberg Sports Advisory, LLC in writing.
